God is so good! We want to report a miraculous answer to your prayers. After reading the last Discerning The Times article about financial needs for the Log House construction, a donor called me and said they would like to establish a matching fund for the monies needed to complete this work. This gift is from a couple who are longtime supporters of PRMI.
Matching Gift for the Log House

This couple is offering a matching gift of up to $50,000 for the PRMI Log House. They will match dollar for dollar every new gift given between now and August 10, 2019.
Please join us in thanking the Lord for this gift and pray blessing on this donor for their vision and gift.
We will send more details in the next week to our PRMI mailing list. So please start praying for those to be moved who will give towards the match. Thank you so much – and praise the Lord!
Here Is Another Urgent Prayer Request For You: Our Summer Events Are Beginning!
The summer is definitely in full swing in Black Mountain. We have three events in the next three weeks and all three are sold out!
Empowered Families Runs: July 10-13
This is Dunamis for families and the focus of the teaching will be In the Spirit’s Power, learning about the dynamic of cooperation and gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Families loved the week last year and most are returning and bringing others with them.
We had to stop registration because there was no more room. Exciting!
July 16-20 is With the Wind, our program for young adults, ages 18-35.
This week is also sold out! Teachers Susan Finck, Stephanie McClain, Jordan Wilson, Rebecca Modrzynski and Brad Long will be covering topics also from In the Spirit’s Power.

Upward Challenge, our camp for high school aged kids, runs July 22-27.
The group will also be looking at topics from In the Spirit’s Powerand having lots of fun camping, playing great games and worshiping God together. This group is also at maximum capacity.

Join Us In Prayer
We are so excited about these three weeks of ministry. Please pray for each group. They will not be able to meet at the Community of the Cross, because reconstruction of the Log House is still underway. Empowered Families will meet in Riceville at Riceville Valley Community Church. The other two groups will be at Christmount, a lovely Christian retreat center in Black Mountain.
Not being at the Community of the Cross presents unique challenges for each group. It also means
In these contexts, we still follow our basic faith foundations by trusting God for the administrative cost of offering the events.
Help us make these events happen
How can you help these events happen? Please be praying for the leadership teams and participants for each week. Also, given the increase in costs, we need financial gifts to help offset the costs. General funds are very low right now, so we really need your help and your prayers.
Thank you so much for your support!
