Join us as we, together with several prophetic and intercessory prayer groups and organizations, unite in prayers for repentance during the 10 days of awe.
September 18 marks the beginning of the Jewish New Year, with the feast of trumpets. It is the start of the ten days of awe in the Jewish Tradition, which lead to the day of atonement (Yom Kippur) and then on into the feast of Tabernacles.
These feasts are an important part of our Biblical Tradition—as Colossians says, they are “shadows of things to come,” and Christ is their fulfillment. They also provide a powerful connection to the Jewish roots of the faith and the Messianic Jewish side of the family.
Prophetically, the three fall feasts speak of the second coming of Christ.
The ten days of awe is an appointed time to focus upon repentance in preparation for the day of atonement.
Just as the season between Easter and Pentecost was a significant prayer time for many people and groups this year. So these ten days are also a significant time to come together in prayer. Several ministries have again recognized this and are moving forward through various prayer initiatives at this time.
It is exciting to see these streams of prayer coming together and even praying in unity. PRMI is again joining in this symphony of prayer by partnering with 10-Days.net
During the ten days from Friday, September 18 to Sunday, September 28, the PRMI Global Prayer Call will be expanded to a daily prayer call in which we shall join in with the themes of the 10day.net prayer focus.
