We are being led to raise up a prayer cohort dedicated to cooperating with the Holy Spirit in fulfilling God’s plans to advance his kingdom through President Trump. It is urgent that this prayer work be set in motion before the New Year.
The Holy Spirit’s Call for a Prayer Cohort Focused on the Battle Around President Trump
By Brad Long
During the meeting Brad Long will provide discernment that led him to initiate the cohort mobilization. Martin Boardman will present the dynamics of how we intercessors can work together over the Internet, including face-to-face meetings online as a team. Mary Ellen Conners will share the dynamics of praying together over the Internet. Their instruction will help you understand how the online environment enables a team to discern the guidance of the Holy Spirit and then pray in agreement. We will also address any questions you may have.
During our mobilization meeting you will be given an opportunity to discern whether or not Jesus is calling you into this type of intercessory prayer. We want to advise you that the Holy Spirit may invite each team member to deal with attitudes and perceptions in their own heart. We may all feel challenged by the Holy Spirit as He guides our intercessory prayer.
Also, as you consider whether you are called to this cohort, please be aware that you will be stepping into a prayer assignment that is fraught with both spiritual warfare and the opportunity to advance God’s purposes in the world.
Why a Specialized Cohort
If you would like to review Brad’s rationale about praying for the President in terms of fulfilling the directions given in 1 Timothy 2:1-4, then please read his Discerning the Times here.

We’re in the midst of the Thomas Fire mess with iffy phone or internet coverage so we may or may not be able to connect for the cohort mobilization meeting. Please send us any information you can as to the results of the meeting and what we need to do. We are already praying, but would like to be in accord with you.
I support you in praying for and organizing prayer for our president. I do believe that Trump is God’s anointed for this time because thousands prayed with Franklin Graham in capitol cities all over the country before the election, including me and 14k in Raleigh, NC. God spoke through the presidential election . God has always used imperfect, broken people for his purposes.
I appreciate King David’s respect for arrogant Saul, the Lord’s anointed, until Saul died.

Yes, I would like to participate praying for President Donald Trump.
I stand with you in this prayer and for the strength of this nation to
stand with Israel.
I think these are amazing times. Praise God that no one died in the Atlanta
Hartsfield Jackson International shut down on Sunday. Many were terribly
inconvenienced and might still be but God was with Ga. Power and
the airport. Praise God .
I would like to join in praying for President Trump and our nation. For several months I have been under the strong impression that our situation is similar to 2 Chron. 34 & 35 during the reign of King Josiah. It was a time of great reform by Josiah in removing the idols of the land and the restoration of the Law. That reform and restoration was however quickly lost with Josiah’s needless.death because of a poor decision. My pray is for restoration and its continuation after the Trump presidency.
